Coverage is available on an occurrence basis only.  Applications for Hospital/Clinic Risks should be returned to the JUA at least two weeks prior to the desired effective date to allow time for the quotation letter to be issued and payment to be rendered.

Rating
Hospitals, clinics, and other misc. facilities shall be classified according to type and profit status.  The total premium shall be developed by determining the component premium associated with the number of outpatient visits, surgeries, occupied beds, and provider headcount. Some such providers offer a variety of services requiring multiple endorsements or charges. Each application shall be thoroughly reviewed to determine the extent of services offered.
