PCF NEW POLICY LIMITS
The Board of Governors of the South Carolina Patients' Compensation Fund approved new limits of coverage for healthcare providers at their June 11, 2003 meeting. The new limits will go into effect on July 1, 2003. The alternative limits as follows:

| $3,000,000 per claim/ $6,000,000 annual aggregate |
| $5,000,000 per claim/ $7,000,000 annual aggregate |
| $10,000,000 per claim/ $12,000,000 annual aggregate |
| Unlimited |
*All PCF limits are inclusive of underlying coverages of a minimum of $200,000 per claim/$600,000 annual aggregate.
