Our claims professionals achieve optimal results by ensuring each case is properly managed. This is accomplished by:
- Immediate assignment to a claim specialist upon receipt of a potential claim
- 48 hour contact with insured by the assigned specialist
- An initial analysis and plan of defense will be developed within 30 days of claim assignment
- Creating and following an aggressive disposition strategy
- Maintaining appropriate communication with the insured regarding claim status
